She later joined Ernst & Young (EY) as an auditor, gaining valuable insight into financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across a range of industries.

Natalie worked in-house as a Controller for companies in the real estate and fitness sectors, helping to build and manage accounting systems, budgets, and internal processes. These varied roles have shaped her practical, solutions-focused approach to accounting and business support.

She holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated at the top of her class. Today, Natalie combines her public and private sector experience to help small business owners stay organized, compliant, and set up for sustainable growth.
